Indian Hills-Hickory Ridge II Special Dependent District

PUBLIC PURPOSE OF THE DISTRICT: To Maintain or Improve Public Rights of way and Common Property.
STATUTE(S) UNDER WHICH DISTRICT OPERATES: Section 189.4041(4), Florida statutes.
STATUTORY AUTHORITY FOR THE LEVY OF THE TAX, FEE, ASSESSMENT, OR CHARGE: Ordinance #87-47 gives is the district the authority to levy this non-ad valorem tax, against residential properties in the district.
RATES OR AMOUNTS FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR: The effective non-ad valorem tax rate per residential property is $120.00 per year.
ALL TAXES, FEES, ASSESSMENTS, OR CHARGES IMPOSED OR COLLECTED: The effective non-ad valorem tax rate per residential property is $120.00 per year.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY DISTRICT: The Indian Hills-Hickory Ridge II Special Dependent District was created by Hillsborough County Ordinance #87-47, pursuant to Section 189.4041(4), Florida statutes in December 1987, for continued development, administration and maintenance of the common areas of Indian Hills-Hickory Ridge II, a 78 parcel subdivision in eastern Hillsborough County.

ESTABLISHING ENTITY: The Indian Hills-Hickory Ridge II Special Dependent District was created by Hillsborough County Ordinance #87-47.
